Family with children relaxing getaway

I gotta say, the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mr Dalton the night manager, he really knows how to keep things running smooth in chaos. The pool area was messed up but the staff worked hard to keep us as comfortable as possible with the issues, big respect for that.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, it was acceptable.

During my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Owings Mills, I appreciated the clean and spacious room, along with the friendly service from the staff. The fitness center had great equipment, though the hot tub was out of order. Overall, a nice experience on my road trip!

i had a pleasant stay at hilton garden. the staff was incredibly friendly, especially the food service crew. the room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and microwave. the pool and gym facilities were a nice touch, too. plus, it’s close to restaurants and shops.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious, much larger than expected. I appreciated the two TVs, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. The pillows were comfy, making for a good night's rest. I also loved that the staff was not only polite but patient. They truly enhance the stay experience.

The breakfast variety could use an upgrade.

I had a decent stay. the jacuzzi was a highlight for relaxing after a long day, and breakfast was terrific, especially the made-to-order omelettes. The friendly environment really made it enjoyable, despite the bathtub issue. I'd go back again!

The location was convenient, close to restaurants and my brother's home, making it easy for family visits. The staff were friendly and tried to assist despite the hotel's maintenance issues, particularly with the pool area and central air system that didn't function properly. However, not being able to enjoy the pool due to its condition was disappointing, and the lack of managerial presence when issues arose was frustrating.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember the staff helping me find my way during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break!
